1. APPLICATION OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (the "T&C") apply to all photography services provided by Chugh Photography, operating as Little by Little ("Photographer"), based in Basel, Switzerland.
By booking the Photographer's services, paying a deposit, or engaging the Photographer for an event, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Some of these Terms & Conditions may vary for the drop-in sessions. Those terms are included as part of checkout for the drop-in sessions.
2. SERVICES
2.1 Photoshoot Details
The Photographer will provide photography services for the Client as agreed between the two parties. Services include:

3.1 Fees
Photography Fee: As discussed
Deposit: 50% on booking the Services
Balance Due: Within 7 days of the photography session
3.2 Payment Methods
Payment may be made by bank transfer, TWINT or cash
3.3 Late Payment
Late payments will incur a fee of 1% per week overdue.
4. DELIVERABLES
4.1 Image Delivery
Images will be delivered within 3 weeks after the event. Images will be delivered via online gallery.
Images will be provided in high resolution JPEG format, suitable for web sharing and printing.
5. RIGHTS AND USAGE
5.1 Copyright
In accordance with Swiss copyright law, the Photographer retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to all images. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use. The Client shall not be granted access to RAW unprocessed images under any circumstances.
5.2 Image Use by Photographer
Unless otherwise specified in writing, the Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, social media, contests, and other promotional purposes in compliance with Swiss data protection regulations.
5.3 Image Use Restrictions
If Client prefers images not be used for promotional purposes by the Photographer, this must be requested in writing prior to the event.
6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
6.1 By Client
If the Client cancels with less than 14 days before the event, the deposit is forfeited, but no additional fees are due
If the Client cancels within 2 days of the event, 75% of the total fee is due
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the event and before the event and are subject to the Photographer's availability. Rescheduling due to weather may be decided on the day of the event, if necessary and shall not incur any additional fee
6.2 By Photographer
In the event the Photographer cannot perform services due to illness, emergency, or other cause beyond their control, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement photographer
If no replacement is found, the Photographer's liability is limited to a full refund of all payments made
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS
7.1 Equipment Failure
While every reasonable effort will be made to take appropriate precautions, the Photographer will not be responsible for any failure of equipment or media.
7.2 Client Cooperation
The Client agrees to cooperate and communicate with the Photographer regarding timing, locations, and desired photographs.
7.3 Limit of Liability
In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, the Photographer's liability is limited to the return of all payments received. The Photographer takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, storage, and processing of photographs; however, in the event of technical failure, the Photographer's liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
8.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel, Switzerland.
9. ACCEPTANCE
By booking the Photographer's services, making a payment, or allowing photography to commence, the Client confirms their agreement to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. No signatures are required for these Terms and Conditions to take effect.
